He was born on 𝟭𝟰 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟭𝟴𝟯𝟰 in 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗿𝗲. Berlioz’s younger sister, 𝗔𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗲, and his friend 𝗚𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗲𝘁 were Louis’s godparents. As a young man, Louis chose a life at sea.…
