𝐍𝐢𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐚 𝐏𝐨𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐚 (1686–1768) was an 𝐈𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐫, 𝐯𝐨𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐫, and one of the leading masters of 𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐚 in the 18th century. Born in 𝐍𝐚𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐬, he became especially famous for his skill in training singers, including the celebrated castrato 𝐅𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐢.
